About

I learned to navigate change by living it — and then I learned to prepare for it.

I’m Wanda.

At 18 I left Colombia for Argentina to study international business. One degree became two, and a trilingual semester in Montreal opened a bigger world than I’d planned for. Then came the years that shaped how I think: Walmart, Accenture, EY — building teams, systems, forecasts, pipelines, the machinery that makes companies actually work.

But the real education was the moving.

Because change reshapes everything — the friends you keep, the food, the hours, the music, even what you want. It widens your world and teaches you to choose what to hold on to. Every step forward means leaving something behind. You change. The people who stay change too. And you learn to grow through it — with intention.

A question worth answering

Somewhere in there, I met a question worth answering: how do I lead others well — and how do I listen, observe, and see the world in a way that lets me lead myself first?

That question led me to ontological coaching — a way of working with how we listen, how we observe, how we see. The kind of awareness I believe we should learn early: how to work with our emotions, our judgments, our limits. It gave me the tools to see clearly — to notice what I was carrying that I no longer wanted, and choose what to keep building my future with.

I trained as an ontological coach at Grow Consultora in Argentina, where I’ve since coordinated the Teams & Organisations module and the two-year coach training program, walking beside future coaches through their own transformation.

Winning as a team

I’d been learning this since I was a child. For ten years I raced — speed skating. And what stayed with me wasn’t the medals. It was this: winning as a team is what I love most. When everyone gives their best for a shared goal, rivalry becomes unity. It stops mattering who holds the medal — the win is lived together.

That’s how I work with people. Beside them, not above them.

Listening, seeing clearly, and walking with them as they reach what they set out to reach.

What I bring

I bring enterprise-grade experience and ontological coaching together — so I build the system and develop the leader running it. That’s what I offer: a clear path, walked beside you, with the experience to guide it and the presence to stay.
